Name for Great Grandma
Because I've been e-mailing my grandchildren since the mid-90s and have 11 of them, I usually just sign my name G'ma instead of writing out grandma. Wonder how many keystrokes that's saved me over the years.
At any rate, I am sometimes called G'ma, pronounced Gee-ma, so I decided that as a Great Grandma I'd be G'G'ma or GG for short. While I'm not the Gigi type, I think this is a suitable nickname and certainly easier to say than Great Grandma.
Still no report on the gender of GreatGrandBaby #2 . . . stay tuned . . .

News from Great Grandma
The first greatgrandchild is a boy scheduled to arrived in Jan.
Both great grandbabies are GREAT! The second greatgrandchild is scheduled for Feb. This is an abundance of blessings.
Besides, greatgran sent tiny booties for each. The ones with the blue ribbons went to first greatgrandchild and the one with white to second greatgrandchild. So, it's still "guess what" for second baby.
Nevertheless, these babies are inordinately intelligent since each has sent me a thank you note already! Literacy lives on in the family.

Great Grandma Stuff
Great Grandmas use blogs and we have lots of "stuff" to discuss. Since I will commence great grandmotherhood in mid-January and mid-February if any of you great grandmas have suggestions as to how to enjoy the "greats" even more than the "grands," just let me know.
